HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training - combining cardio endurance & resistance training to work all major muscle groups, building strength & increasing stamina in only 25 minutes.

Pilates

Foam Roll Every Day: a quick 25-minute weekly accountable of myofascial release using lacrosse balls & foam rollers.

We work on foundations of our lower body, including booty, legs and thighs. Everything below the belt will be strengthened and stretched.
