Coach Miss Victoria is the founder, CEO and head-instructor of 2 Claps 1 Snap. A movement educator by trade and passion – for the past 30 years, she’s taught all ages of fabulous people around the world – including gymnastics to little ones, 80s aerobics to the older ones, and all types of fitness & dance to everyone else in-between. She knows prioritizing self-care is very tough – and that it’s much more fun with friendly faces who help hold you accountable – she’s very proud of her authentic, supportive community at 2 Claps 1 Snap.

Ms. Karb teaches our Monday Yoga Classes! As a former Microsoftee, Ms. Karb understands the stress our minds and bodies go through every day and is here to help. She has been practicing yoga for over 21 years and teaching for the past 7- her classes cover a variety of styles, different age groups (4-91!), and have been both online and in person. As a big proponent of mindfulness, she loves incorporating those techniques into her yoga classes, providing a fantastic experience for not only body but our minds too. Ms. Karb has over 1,000 hours of teacher training for both yoga and mindfulness, and has studied with teachers from around the world, including the US, Mexico, Bali, and India. She is very excited to bring these tools for dealing with stress & anxiety to your workplace, particularly during this extremely challenging time.

Ms. Sarah teaches our Wednesday Tai Chi Classes! Ms. Sarah has been practicing tai chi and qigong for seven years. Initially drawn to these practices for stress relief, she began teaching soon after and became a Senior Trainer with the Tai Chi for Health Institute two years ago to help bring the joy and practice of tai chi to others in Alaska. She teaches a variety of styles of tai chi and forms of qigong, both in-person and online. She is excited to introduce you to tai chi and qigong – a gateway to holistically improving strength, balance, flexibility, and resilience in mind and body. Her class is for all levels and focuses on helping reduce stress and anxiety.

Ms. Megan teaches our Thursday night Barre and Restorative Yoga. She is a science teacher by day, yoga and group fitness instructor, and mom to an 11 year old son. She enjoys hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle boarding, spending time with family, and traveling. Ms. Megan has been teaching group fitness for almost 20 years! She has taught everything under the sun--from cardio kickboxing, spin, and aqua aerobics, to barre, yoga, and strip-tease. Her favorites are Barre and Yoga. She says she will do both until she is 100!

Ms. Deborah teaches our Thursday Pilates Classes! An avid hiker, runner, and rock climber, Ms. Deborah initially pursued Pilates to complement her outdoor activities. After 17 years as a marketing professional, she aligned her career with her passions and became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals and providing an engaging, informative, and supportive experience with just the right amount of challenge. She loves working with all fitness levels and body types to build stability, strength, endurance, and coordination. And she believes a little Pilates goes a long way toward a lifetime of functional movement.

Mr. Ben teaches our Friday Yoga Classes! Mr. Ben is an experienced Yoga Instructor with 8+ years of teaching Vinyasa and Yin styles of Yoga. His love of the mixture of flow and stillness offer a balanced practice is apparent throughout his grounded yet flowing classes. In Mr. Ben’s class, expect to be challenged to slow down and breathe deep! Beyond this, Ben is a musician and loves to play guitar and drums whenever possible. He also fixes and sets up/works on guitars as a hobby/gig too and is an avid music collector and listener. You can also find Ben with his pup Ollie--they even go paddle boarding together!

Ms. Stacey teaches our Tuesday Yoga Classes! Ms. Stacey is a devoted, driven, and enthusiastic fitness instructor with over 19 years of experience teaching a variety of yoga and other fitness formats to diverse clientele in a multitude of settings. Dedicated to the health, safety, and engagement of her students, she constantly strives to challenge students while allowing them to be successful at every level. Ms. Stacey loves hiking, walking her two rescue dogs every day, paddle boarding with her family, mountain biking, and snowshoeing! She believes in finding gratitude each and every day, and in the power of sharing a smile with someone.

Ms. Stacey is a devoted, driven, and enthusiastic fitness instructor with over 19 years of experience teaching a variety of yoga and other fitness formats to diverse clientele in a multitude of settings. Dedicated to the health, safety, and engagement of her students, she constantly strives to challenge students while allowing them to be successful at every level. Ms. Renae grew up as a competitive athlete and is currently the owner of McCloud Fitness on Bainbridge Island, a certified exercise and nutrition coach, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and a national fitness educator and senior master instructor for TRX Training. She has been in the fitness industry over 35 years, specializing in individual, small group, and large group workouts, helping her clients train for outdoor activities, and offers online coaching. Renae is a high-energy trainer who brings humor, knowledge, and inspiration to her clients and workout programs. She currently enjoys mountain biking, trail running and hiking, obstacle course racing, and has been known to leap tall buildings in a single bound.

Ms. Dawni Rae teaches our Tuesday Warrior Workout Classes! Dawni Rae has been a Fitness instructor since 1997, a personal coach for over 20 years, and more recently became a certified yoga instructor in the Seattle area. Her classes have been known to be full of laughter and light, while still being packed with hard work and leaving you feeling energized and accomplished! She loves people and being able to bring them joy, something demonstrated in her exuberant attitude and energetic classes. Some blessings and important elements in her life are God, her daughter Alia Joy, to be in the outdoors and facilitate Women’s retreats, her dogs Sugar and Sammy, and adventuring around the world!
