Registration for spring session begins March 1st

Contact us to register for our upcoming 8-week Spring Session that begins March 15th! There’s a variety of offerings to invigorate the body and mind with options for cardio, yoga, dance, Pilates, strength, meditation, flexibility, HIIT, stretching, and mindfulness. Register for one, two, three, or unlimited offerings per week.

It’s truly flexible, simply come when you can.

Included FREE with registration: library of on-demand classes; open office hours: 1-on-1 time with coaches; guest speakers/instructors from various backgrounds; Friday socials; and a private Facebook group forum for motivation, education, and engagement.

About Us: 2 Claps 1 Snap is an authentic, supportive community that has provided corporate health and wellness for over 16 years on Microsoft’s main campus and has evolved its virtual reach and library. Through the power of Microsoft Teams, we’ve been going strong online during COVID-19 with 30 LIVE offerings a week. Our students join us from around the world eager to learn from experienced instructors and wellness experts from all walks of life.
